I am a fully qualified Counsellor and School Therapist, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have been supporting people in therapy since 2017. Previously I worked in the NHS supporting Mental Health Teams across Leeds, so I have lots of knowledge about mental health and the impact it has. I also have personal experience of managing anxiety and overwhelming feelings.

Over the years I have helped children, young people and adults with trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, gender identity, neurodivergent conditions like Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia, self-esteem, low confidence, bereavement and loss, attachment difficulties, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and stress.

My aim is to build a genuine, trusting, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with my clients so they can feel comfortable sharing and exploring their thoughts, feelings and experiences with me. Then together we look at ways to make positive changes using lots of different tools and techniques that I learned in my initial studies, developed through regular supervision, professional development courses and experience as a counsellor.
I love to help people, and I feel privileged to do so in my work. I am currently supporting adults face to face based at Rooms @ 1900 Health & Wellbeing Centre, via telephone or online using Teams and WhatsApp Video.
If you would like some help and would like to find out if I can help you, please get in touch.
